Ghee is a clarified butter , the secret ingredient that gives Indian cuisine its distinct taste. It is ideal for sauteed, braised and fried.

Is a natural product , does not contain salt or additives or hydrogenated vegetable oils.

Like any clarified butter, ghee can be kept longer and has a higher burning temperature than regular butter.
