Payment, Delivery, Return

Payment for the products ordered from our website can be made upon delivery of the products by courier in the cash on delivery system or with a bank card upon completion of the order.

The products are delivered anywhere in Romania, through courier companies for a fee. Delivery costs are:

Orders are processed daily, in the order in which they are received.

The delivery time of the products is between 2-8 working days. The reception of the products represents the customer's acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition and are working, and is represented by the signature on the legal fiscal documents.

The invoice constitutes a sale/purchase contract according to the Romanian legislation in force. the customer expresses his explicit agreement when signing the invoice regarding the fact that he has received the product(s) that is (are) in accordance with the order and his needs.

When placing an order, you agree that the personal data are real and correct, used in your own or authorized name.

Any order will be delivered within the limit of available stock, provided that it has been confirmed by we, through email , depending on the stock of goods mentioned as available by our suppliers at the time of placing the order. Our company cannot be held responsible for any damages caused your as a result of orders not being honored, for reasons beyond our control our.

The buyer can place orders by adding the product/s to the shopping cart, then following the steps in which he will select the payment method and enter the contact and delivery details. Adding a product to the shopping cart, without completing the order, does not result in the registration of an order and implicitly also the automatic reservation of the product.

After completion, the details of the order can be checked in the confirmation message.

The conditions for the conclusion and execution of distance contracts between us and you - customers individuals are regulated by Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals.

If you make the order/purchase as legal entity , authorized natural person or individual/family enterprise, the provisions will not apply Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 , but the common law rules from the Civil Code.

According to the legislation in force (ord. 34/2014 supplemented by law 51/2003 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts - art. 12, point a) and Directive 97/7/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20.05.1997 regarding consumer protection regarding distance contracts - art 3, point (2), first paragraph) contracts for the supply of food products, drinks or other consumer goods supplied at the consumer's home, at his residence or at his place of work through established distributors cannot be unilaterally terminated . Once the products have been received, they cannot be returned .

The right to withdraw from the contract and return products, other than food:
Regarding the buyer's right to cancel the contract and return the products, he benefits from the provisions of GEO 34/2014 "The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he cancels the purchase without penalties and without citing any reason, within 14 days calendar days from receiving the product".

The return of the products will be done at the customer's expense, using a courier service. The address to which the order will be returned is 46 Stefan cel Mare street, sector 2, Bucharest.

The products can be changed or replaced free of charge, and for the return of the order that does not contain food products, the money will be returned to you within a maximum of 15 days from the moment we received your return.
